Booking Policy
- We require a payment card to secure your booking.
- We do not require a deposit, however in a result of a no show we will charge your card a £20 fee.
- If you turn up without email confirmation that your booking has been confirmed your booking will not be valid and you will not have a reservation.
- If you cancel outside of 24 hours you will not be charged the fee
- If you cancel inside 24 hours you will be charged a £20 fee unless a manager says otherwise.
- Management reserve the right to refuse entry/service to anyone who is deemed too intoxicated, shows any sort of aggressive or unacceptable behaviour.
- Bookings have a 15 minute grace period, if you arrive after this time your table will be given up and you will be charged the £20 fee.
We operate a challenge 25 policy. If we believe you look under 25 we will ask for a valid form of photo ID
